Small update.
I found this link where you can download the latest firmwares for Triforce and Chihiro that can be loaded using netbooting.

I won't answer questions about how to upgrade that, please use any of the arcade forums available for that.
Just make sure that you put the system in Boot mode and then upgrade. They will not load from GDRom unless you have the SSD or a SEGA CF card.
